McGoon Productions, is proud to present the 2008 South Park Music Tour and Music Industry Conference. This is a totally unique music experience, located in historic South Park, Fairplay, Alma, Colorado. Presenting over 70+ Bands, ranging in genres from Rock, Blues, Jazz, Indie, Emo, Country, Americana Roots, Blue Grass, Funk, Hip-Hop, Metal, Alternative, Reggae and more. Performances on 10 Showcase Stages, 50+ Juried Arts, Crafts and Food Vendors, all attracting an average of 5,000+ music fans per day from the surrounding area for the four day event, June 26-29, 2008. Best of all, the Highest Independent Music Tour in the World, is FREE to the public. This is the festival that you will claim “I got to see … for free before they made it big!”

Come and experience the beauty and history of the real South Park and be surrounded by Mountains ranging in heights of over 14,000 ft. Fairplay is an easy 65 miles from Denver and 85 miles from Colorado Springs. Just the drive by itself is worth making and when one adds this music experience along with it, well, it becomes a musical adventure. Music is a language to the Soul.....when heard.... slips like water over a smooth stone and is home!

In addition to the amazing music, checkout our world class music industry conference on Friday, June 27^th. Musicians will learn about branding their band, reaching their audience, touring, getting a record deal, and getting their music on radio, TV, and film. Industry professionals from Warner Brothers Records, BMI, Blue Metallic Entertainment, Warrior Girls Music, Songsalive! and more will be at this conference. This is an amazing networking opportunity for all musicians!

Then on Saturday June 28^th Songsalive! will conduct an all day high powered, focused songwriting camp, where songwriters and composers can gain valuable feedback on their music and collaborate in co-writing with other writers under the guidance of special Songsalive! mentors. Songsalive! Songcamp has been designed after many journeys, learnings and collective thought by Songsalive! president and songwriter, Gilli Moon.
